QWhat programs does Nursing Made Easy offer?
Answer: We provide a variety of healthcare training programs including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in-person and hybrid classes, Certified Medication Aide (CMA), Home Health Aide, Dining Assistant Certification, CPR (BLS), ACLS, First Aid, and tutoring/exam prep for nursing students.
QAre your programs approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing?
Answer: Yes. All of our programs and related healthcare certifications are approved. Our CMA programs are approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing, our CNA programs are approved by the Ohio Department of Health, and CPR courses are approved by the American Heart Association.
QHow long does it take to complete the CNA program?
Answer: The in-person CNA course is a 75-hour program. It is structured as 59 hours of didactic instruction, 19 hours of lab skills, and 16 hours of clinical experience. Students can “graduate and obtain their course certification in less than 3 weeks.”
QWhat are the requirements to enroll in a CNA course?
Answer: You must be at least 16 years old. Some programs require you to be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
QHow do I enroll in a program?
Answer: Enrollment is available online through our website. You can select your course and register here.
QDo you offer tuition assistance?
Answer: Yes. Tuition assistance is available for those who qualify, including options through Ohio Means Jobs.
QDo I need to bring anything for class?
Answer: Students should be prepared with appropriate uniforms, supplies, and identification. A full list is provided upon enrollment.
QHow much does the CNA program cost?
Answer: Tuition for the in-person CNA program is $895, and the hybrid CNA program is $1,095. Other courses vary in price (CMA $995, CPR $80, ACLS $300, etc.).
QDo you offer payment plans?
Answer: Yes. Flexible payment plans are available to help you manage tuition. Speak with our enrollment team for details.
QIs my deposit refundable?
Answer: Deposits secure your spot in the program and are generally non-refundable. However, students may transfer to another class date in certain circumstances at the discretion of the program director.
QWill I be prepared for the Ohio state certification exam after completing the CNA program?
A: Absolutely. Our programs are designed specifically to prepare you for the Ohio Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation (NATCEP), which includes both written and skills exams.
QWhat jobs can I get with a CNA certification?
Answer: CNAs work in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, home health agencies, and more. It’s also a great stepping stone toward becoming a nurse or advanced healthcare professional.
QDo you help with job placement?
Answer: While we do not guarantee job placement, many of our students are hired quickly after certification. However, we do provide career guidance, resume help, and local employer connections.
